- Service cancellation within 7 days of purchase, before any work has commenced
- Failure to deliver services as agreed in the service contract
- Technical errors or system failures that prevent service delivery
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services that have already been completed or delivered
- Customized reports, documents, or deliverables that have been prepared
- Services cancelled after work has commenced, unless due to our failure to deliver
- Third-party fees or charges (e.g., software licenses, filing fees)

4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

In cases where services have been partially completed, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus any costs incurred for work already performed.
